11. Cancellation Policy
11.1. Cancellation: Due to the limited number of stock we produce and announce on each weekly sale, we are unable to offer any cancellations of orders
12. Refund Policy
12.1 Given the nature of our products, there are no returns and no refunds. In case of damage upon reception or the delivery of an incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours with a picture of the entire delivery box. We will not be able to help without the picture.
